E-M Manufacturing was established to fill a need for Quick-turn Prototyping and Short-run Production in Northern California. With years of experience, we understand what it takes to interpret sheet metal designs of all kinds and get your product built correctly. Whether you need a model or mock-up for an investor, the contract manufacturer, or to present at a tradeshow, we can usually provide a prototype within a week.

Expertise Built-in
Clients have confidence that their products will be built correctly. Equipment operators are journeyman level. The chief of operations, Scott Hicken, has a BSME and oversees all projects from concept to final production and delivery. Scott is dedicated to resolving client issues that result in a product done right and on time. His philosophy is honed from 14 years of experience working on products of all types, including 11 years as engineering manager at a major precision sheet metal facility.
